Hubei Normal University adheres to the open-door policy and values its links with nearly 40 universities, educational and scientific research institutions from such countries as USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Singapore, India, Japan, etc. Up to now, our university has made achievements in the areas like Chinese language and culture promotion, researchers exchange, students exchange, foreign experts, government funded overseas study and international cooperative education.

Bachelor of Communication Engineering taught in English
Tuition fee: 14000RMB/year
Accommodation fee: 4000RMB/year (Twin room)
Scholarship details:
1st academic year
Tuition+accommodation 8000RMB after scholarship.
Excellent student will get stipend 4000RMB after final or midterm exam.
2nd -4th academic year
First class: Tuition Free
Second class: Half Tuition Free
Third class: Perfect Attendance Award, 2,000RMB/year
(Note: Granting of the above scholarships shall not overlap, i.e. the student will be only granted the highest scholarship where he is eligible for more than one.)

住宿费:4000元/年(双人间)
奖学金细则:
第一学年
抵扣奖学金后，需支付学费+住宿费8000元。
成绩优秀者在期末或期中考试后可获得4000元的奖学金。
第二至第四学年
一等奖学金:全额免学费
二等奖学金:半额免学费
三等奖学金:全勤奖，2000元/年
(注:上述奖学金项目不叠加发放,取最高金额发放）
