On March 26, 2024, Hubei Normal University welcomed a delegation from the Taiwan Air Camp Maker Alliance. This visit aims to deepen cross-strait education and technology exchanges and promote resources Sharing and talent development.The visiting delegation was led by the team leader Huang Guangsheng and consisted of 17 young Taiwanese guests from the fields of economy, trade, culture and tourism.After the visiting delegation visited the School of Biosciences, the School History Museum, and the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, they held exchange discussions in the conference room of the Science and Technology Building.Leaders of the Provincial and Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, Xiao Liuyi, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hubei Normal University, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.The meeting was chaired by Jiang Guo, director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office of Hubei Normal University.

Huang Guan, deputy director of the Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office, said in his speech that the Hubei Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office has always been committed to promoting the peaceful development of cross-strait relations. This visit of the Taiwan Air Camp Maker Alliance is a strong promotion of cross-strait exchanges.He introduced in detail Hubei Province's policies and measures to promote employment and entrepreneurship among Taiwanese youth, and encouraged Taiwanese youth to actively participate in Hubei's economic and social development and share development opportunities.

During the meeting, Hu Yansheng, director of the Human Resources Office of Hubei Normal University, Cao Jianfang, deputy director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Office, and Wang Yuanhua, deputy dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, respectively introduced the school’s talent introduction, service and management of Taiwanese teachers, and the construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship base for college students.
